DELIVERY TIME
LOCAL DELIVERY
Delivery time across Pakistan is 5 to 7 working days. (Depending on the destination)
During sale periods the delivery time may be longer than normal. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery time for International orders is 10 to 15 working days. (Depending on the destination). International orders are confirmed only after full online payment received from customers. COD is not available for international orders.
REFUND POLICY
We are responsible to refund you in full in case you get a product different than pictures and videos displayed on website. Customized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. Exact color of the product may slightly vary due to lighting, therefore products cannot be exchanged due to this reason. Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place only if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect and the products are unwashed and not used in any way.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
Gift wrapping service requires online payment. COD is NOT available for gift wrapping orders.
