REFUND POLICY
We are responsible to refund you in full in case you get a product different than pictures and videos displayed on website. Customized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. Exact color of the product may slightly vary due to lighting, therefore products cannot be exchanged due to this reason. Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place only if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect and the products are unwashed and not used in any way.
